Active Listening Circle

The Regen group is holding another Active Listening Circle in Lewes on Sunday 16th May 2021 11-1pm.
This is an opportunity to put words to what is going on for us as individuals at the moment in a space where we will be heard and accepted.
It’s not a place to analyse or find solutions, but to acknowledge our feelings and those of others.
Often we get insight through supporting and accepting each other.
For some of us this is what we need to continue facing the ongoing struggles.
We are offering this Circle in Lewes with social distancing and safety in mind.
